Day Training Late Fee Policy

Day Training Hours

Monday – Thursday 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Friday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

For any dogs that are not picked up on time, during normal hours there will be a late fee charge. The rate is $15 for every 15 minutes you are late. After 15 minutes and no contact, your dog may be required to board for the night. All late fees will be added to your invoice and must be paid promptly. We understand emergencies happen and will be taken into consideration. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time.

Active Students Policy for Day Train and Boarding

Our day train and basic boarding programs are open only to our current and active training students. In order to remain eligible for our day train tier system + boarding, you must take part in either group classes or private lessons at least once a month with your dog.

Boarding Eligibility for Active Students

Our basic board and train programs are reserved for our current and active training students. Due to the structure of our boarding program, space is limited which is why the program is only open to those active in training programs with us on a consistent monthly basis.

If you are a new client or former client returning to training, we require you are active for at least two months before being eligible to request future boarding dates. No requests can be made until you have been active for 60 days. There are no exceptions to this policy.

All boarding dogs are required to be crated at home as all boarding dogs are crated overnight. This policy is to ensure that all boarding dogs are comfortable throughout their stay with us.

Cancellation Policies

Day Train Cancellation Policy

Due to high demand and limited availability, many of our Day Train spots are reserved in advance and waitlists are common. To best accommodate all clients, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice for any cancellation or schedule change.

Clients who cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice or do not show for their scheduled Day Train session will be charged for the day.

Because spots are limited, late cancellations and no-shows often prevent another client from being able to use that training space. This policy helps us serve all dogs and clients fairly and efficiently.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen and will always take those circumstances into consideration when appropriate.

Board and Train Cancellation Policies

Due to limited availability during peak travel and holiday seasons, the following cancellation fees apply:

Peak Season & Holiday Bookings

May 1 – September 15
November 25 – January 5
Spring Break, February Break, Easter Break, and major holidays

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled drop-off date will incur:

$300 cancellation fee for stays up to 6 nights

$500 cancellation fee for stays 7–13 nights

50% of the reserved stay for stays 14+ nights

Off-Season Bookings

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled drop-off date will incur:

$150 cancellation fee for stays up to 6 nights
25% of the reserved stay for stays 7+ nights

Please Note

Reservations are limited and spaces are held exclusively for your dog. Last-minute cancellations often prevent other clients from booking during high-demand periods.

This policy is intended to encourage thoughtful booking while remaining fair and respectful to all clients.

Refund Policy

Package & Prepayment Policy

We offer full refunds on any unused packages within 30 days of the original purchase date.

For packages that have been partially used within 30 days of purchase, a prorated refund may be issued based on the remaining unused sessions.

After 30 days, prepaid balances are non-refundable but may be applied toward other services we offer.

We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to help find the best option for you and your dog.

Equipment Policies for Classes and Day Train

As a safety precaution in both day train and group classes we require all dogs to have a martingale collar. No flat collars or harnesses are permitted as they both pose a flight risk to your dog(s).

Invoice & Payment Policy

Invoices submitted through the online portal must be paid in full prior to services being scheduled or provided.

Clients choosing not to pay through the online portal may pay in person at the time of service.

All training packages and prepaid services must be paid in advance before bookings can be confirmed unless prior in-person payment arrangements have been made.

Please note that all packages expire one year from the original purchase date.

Outside Facility & Dog Park Policy

To help maintain a safe, healthy, and structured environment for all dogs in our care, dogs who have recently attended dog parks, daycare facilities, boarding facilities, or other high-volume dog environments are required to wait 14 days before participating in any of our programs.

This policy helps reduce the risk of illness exposure, behavioral regression, and overstimulation, while ensuring the highest quality experience for every dog in our care.
