Day Training Hours
Monday – Thursday 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
For any dogs that are not picked up on time, during normal hours there will be a late fee charge. The rate is $15 for every 15 minutes you are late. All late fees will be added to your invoice and must be paid promptly. We understand emergencies happen and will be taken into consideration. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time.
Active Students Policy for Day Train and Boarding
Our day train and vacation boarding programs are open only to our current and active training students. In order to remain eligible for our day train tier system + boarding, you must take part in either group classes or private lessons at least once a month with your dog. We do this to ensure that your dog is learning alongside you so that your training relationship continues to grow!
Boarding Eligibility for Active Students
Our basic board and train programs are reserved for our current and active training students. Due to the structure of our boarding program, space is limited which is why the program is only open to those active in training programs with us on a consistent monthly basis.
If you are a former student returning to training, we require you are active for at least two months before being eligible to request future boarding dates.
All boarding dogs are required to be crated at home as all boarding dogs are crated overnight. This policy is to ensure that all boarding dogs are comfortable throughout their stay with us.
As most of you know, we often have a waitlist and are at capacity most days. To best serve all of our clients, we are implementing a Cancellation Policy effective immediately. This policy states that if you do not show up to Day Train or give us at least a 12-hour notice, you will be charged for the day. Due to our waitlist, it is unfair to those on the waitlist if other clients do not show up on the scheduled day or cancel in less than 12-hours as that slot could have been given to another client. We understand emergencies happen and will take that into consideration should the situation present itself.

Board and Train Cancellation Policies
Peak Season – stays not cancelled within 14 days of the drop off date will incur a 50% of total bill fee
May 1 – September 15
November 25 – January 5
Easter Break, Spring Break, February Break; All major holidays and school breaks
Off Season – stays not cancelled within 7 days of drop off date with incur a 50% of total bill fee
Refund Policy
We offer full refunds for any unused packages within 30 days of purchase date. We also offer partial refunds for packages that have been partially used within 30 days of purchase. Prepayment can be applied to different services that we offer after 30 days.
Equipment Policies for Classes and Day Train
As a safety precaution in both day train and group classes we require all dogs to have a martingale collar. No flat collars or harnesses are permitted as they both pose a flight risk to your dog(s).
Invoice Payments
If using the online portal, all invoices must be paid prior to service. Invoices not paid online prior to service, must be paid in person at time of service. This includes packages – all invoices must be paid in advance before services are booked unless you pay in person.
Other Facilities Policy
To ensure that we are consistently providing a clean and safe environment for all of our client dogs, any dog who has been to a dog park or any other daycare/boarding facility will not be permitted to register for any of our programs for two weeks.
